Pro-HS002 is a semi-automatic advanced thermal impulse sealing machine for welding all kinds of technical textiles with a precision-controlled welding parameters and manual functions for folding, overlapping, reinforcements, zippers and profiles. The multi-step sealing control process creates the best looking and strongest seams with ease and simplicity of use and full operator ergonomics.
- Excellent use with PVC, PE, PU, Acrylics – basically all coated thermoplastic fabrics, woven and non-woven
- Standard available weld lengths are 320cm
- Welding seam widths: 8, 10, 15, 25mm
- Manual folding, welding, overlap joining, Zippers, PVC profiles and reinforcements, stick/slat insertion with special tools – up to 320cm long!
- Compact designed, opened design machine for better visibility of work space
- Precision PLC temperature control (± 3°C)
- PLC controlled heating and cooling cycles for consistent welds
- Welding of pockets and hems with the use of simple folding tools
- Individual temperature control of upper and lower welding bars
- Universal use for welding seams in banners, sign, awnings, roller blinds, etc
- Optional lasers for ease of fabric positioning
- Advanced safety features with pressure switch and optical sensors
