2.The imaging contrast with standard samples must be higher than 40.
3.Imaging contrast is 0-255，0 is pure black，255 is pure white，1-254 is the Grey level.
4.Under the inspection speed≥15m/min，he minimum detectable size is 0.1mm*0.1mm.
